Businessman can not understand charity.. If a businessman talks of charity.. do not trust what he says. Sooner or later he sheds his skin. Get foolproof agreements. If you want to work for charity trust your profession more than the business you work for . Assume that government agencies like MCD are too dumb to understand the machination of businessmen and rather get the legal agreements scrutinized yourself. As a citizen oppose all the free land schemes for “for profit” businesses. Let them buy land at market prices.
If you are working for a charity for your sahukarru.. ask him to put in element for sweat equity you are putting .. Audit the books regularly and raise questions when sahukarru uses sahukarru foundation to fund his son’s education in Cornell!!
